| Registration on day of pace 8:30 - 12:00 |
| Entries the week before |
| Timers on day of pace 8:30 - 1:30 |
| Parking on day of pace 8:30-2:00 |
| Cleanup immediately following the event |
| Trail marking the day before |
| Marker take down immediately following the event |
| Trail preparation during the weeks prior to the event |
